Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Typically, refunds apply only for services not yet rendered or where deliverables materially differ from agreed work and cannot be remedied.
Process
To request a refund, contact support via Contact with details, order numbers, and supporting evidence. We will evaluate and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptions
Custom work, retainers, and third-party costs may have limited refundability depending on contract terms.
Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method unless otherwise specified.
